1. How can I make a reservation?

You can either:

- Call us at (407) 226-8080
Our company is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week but our preferred times for reservations are between 7:30am and 10:30pm EST


2. How far in advance do I have to reserve?

Online Reservations must be made 24 hours prior to pick up time for Lincoln, Mini-van, Van, and SUV. For Buses and limousines, online reservation must be made 7 days prior to requested service date. Last minute reservations must be made via telephone and are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate any requests outside the periods described above.


3. Do I need a credit card to make my online reservation?

Yes, all online reservations must be made with a credit card.
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.


4. What if I need to cancel my reservation?

Any order can be cancelled (or altered) only by sending a request to New Way Tours & Transportation by e-mail. Any alteration or cancellations must be requested with a minimum of 24-hrs prior to pick up time for Lincoln, Mini-van, Van, or SUV, and 7 days prior to scheduled service date for Buses and Limousines. Changes are made based on availability and additional charges may apply. Lincoln, Mini-van, Van or SUV: refund will be issued for cancellations made with 24hr notice. Same-day cancellations will be charged full fare. Buses & Limousines: full refund will be issued for cancellations made 7 days prior to services, if cancelled 72 hours prior to services 50% of total charge will be refunded, if cancelled with less than 72 hour notice full charges apply. All Refunds will incur a credit card transaction fee of 5%. New Way understands that unexpected delays occur; the driver will wait up to 15 minutes before considering the ride a no show. No shows will be charged 100% fare. Should the client communicate their delay waiting fee applies.


5. How do I pay for my reservation?

All online bookings are paid in advance by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) on our secure website. Please print out your email confirmation and keep it with you in order to verify the pick up.


6. Do you have a permit to operate at Orlando International Airport?

New Way Tours & Transportation is licensed and permitted to pick up at Orlando International Airport. To avoid any uncomfortable situations to you, your staff or guests, you should only do business with companies that have permits approved to operate at Orlando International Airport.


7. How do I find my driver at the airport?

Upon your arrival, just follow the directions to baggage claim. Our driver will be there holding a sign with your name on it. If for any reason you can not find the driver, please call us at (407) 226-8080. The New Way dispatcher will locate him for you.


8. Do I need to call if I’ve already pre-booked?

No. There is no need to reconfirm your reservation once it is made. We will send you an email confirmation (we can also fax it to you if you have any trouble receiving the email). Please, print out and keep it with you. Round trips will be reconfirmed by your driver when he drops you off at your destination. Please, call us in advance if you wish to make changes in your original reservation.


9. How do I plan my pick up time based on my flight’s departure information?

New Way suggests:

International Flights: 3 ½ hours prior your flight departure.
Domestic Flights: 2 ½ hours prior your flight departure.

However, you should follow your airline carrier’s recommendation on how long in advance you are required to be at the airport. If you decide to make changes to reservations, please contact us in advance online or dial 407 226-8080.


10. How long does it take to get to and from Orlando Airport?

The trip time depends mainly on the traffic, weather, your address in Orlando, and other variables. The standard time to Disney Area, Lake Buena Vista Area, Kissimmee Area, and Downtown Orlando Area is approximately 35/40 minutes. From/ to International Drive Area, Universal Studios Area and Sea World is approximately 25/30 minutes, but may vary.


11. How much luggage can I have in the vehicle?

Please check on our website fleet page for vehicle luggage capacity. Should you need room for additional or unusual luggage you may reserve a bigger vehicle or you can contact us for further information.


12. Do you provide baby seats?

We do provide baby seats upon request. Please advise us if you wish to bring your own child seat. Please note that you are responsible for the fitting of the seat and of your child.


13. Do I need to let you know if my flight is early or late?

We track your flight using the latest available technology so we should know if your flight is running early or late and we make all attempts to adjust our schedule so we can be on time to pick you up. We will be there regardless of an earlier or delayed arrival.


14. If I miss my flight or connecting flight, how should I proceed?

Please, give us a call informing the new flight number and estimated arrival time. Remember that our system will be tracking your original flight, so please contact us as soon as possible with the new information. If we don’t receive your new flight information before the driver is dispatched a no show fee will be assessed.


15. Is it necessary to call 24 hrs in advance to confirm my return trip?

No, it is not necessary because our driver will re-confirm with you all the information for your return trip. If there are any changes to be made after you already confirmed with our driver please call us as soon as possible at (407) 226-8080.


16. What are your opening hours?

We will be at your services 24 hours every day of the year.

  • Customer Service: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm - Monday to Friday
  • Online Reservation: 24 Hrs. Everyday
  • Reservation Center: 7:30 am to 10:30 pm - Everyday
  • Call Center: 24 Hrs. Everyday

17. Is your website secure?

Yes, www.newwaytours.com is a secure website. We believe that online security is essential to our business and our customers. We use SSL technology, by world renowned Geotrust, to encrypt your private information in connection to our server. Also, as added security, we use Paypal to process your credit card, that way we do not store or even see your full credit card information. This will give you the added security and trust in our business.


18. Is New Way licensed and insured?

Yes. Our company is absolutely licensed and insured as required by law. New Way Tours & Transportation carry commercial liability insurance of at least one million dollar coverage per vehicle.


19. Do you track flights?

Yes, New Way is equipped with the latest flight tracking technology. We rely on the same software that is used by some airlines, airports, ground transportation, and aviation operations. With this Software we can track airlines status virtually all around the world to dispatch our drivers on time.


20. Are discounted packages, corporate and group rates offered?

Our website has some of our latest offers, but New Way caters to all your transportation needs. Please contact us if you would like a customized service or discounted group and corporate rates.


21. Do you operate outside Orlando?

Yes, we can take you wherever you need to go! Please contact us for a quote if your destination is not included in our website.


22. Does New Way offer transportation from other locations?

Yes. It’s our goal to serve you in any of your transportation needs. If you do not find the destination you want on our website, please contact us, and we will be glad to provide additional quotes to destination not listed.


23. I already booked an airport transfer. Can I add other rides from my hotel?

Yes, our website was designed so you can add several rides to your cart giving you the flexibility to create your own unique itinerary. If you need any assistance or would like some suggestions please chat online or call us at (407) 226-8080.


24. This time my visit to Orlando will be for business purposes only. Can you meet my transportation needs?

It is our pleasure to be at your service. New Way Tours has been providing transportation services to conventioneers and executives for more than a decade. Business transportation is one of our areas of expertise.


25. What if I don’t speak English?

We have English, Portuguese and Spanish speaking drivers. Also, our representatives are able to communicate in English, Portuguese and Spanish. If you need a Tour Guide able to speak other languages than the ones mentioned above we can also provide you with this service (please call us for rates and availability).


26. Do I need to tip the driver?

All invoices include a service charge of 20% driver's gratuity fee. For exceptional service, the customer is free to add an extra tip.


27. What is the difference between a flat rate fee offer by New Way and a regular taxi?

A regular taxi’s rate is measured by mileage and it is subjected to traffic conditions. New Way’s flat rate fee remains the same low rate regardless of how long you stayed in traffic before reaching your destination.


28. How much do you charge for waiting time?

An added waiting fee will be added per every 15 minutes of waiting. Rates per vehicle are as follows:

  • $12.00(Sedan/Mini-Van/Van)
  • $15.00(SUV)
  • $20.00(Limousine)


29. Are there any surcharges or taxes added to your rates?

Our prices includes all taxes, cost of tolls, and parking fees, including theme park vehicle entrance fee and Orlando and Sanford airport fees.

A trip that goes outside the city boundaries may be subject to other taxes and fees. As an example, the City of Miami charges a fee of $20 for transfers leaving or arriving at the Miami International Airport. In any invoice or quote that you receive from New Way will include your total price for the trip.
